Returns? Due to sanitary purposes, items are non-refundable or exchangeable.ย ย We encourage you to review your order carefully before making a purchase.ย
Defects? We're glad to make this situation right. Please email hello@runzie.ca with your order number and a clear photo of the defective merchandise within 48 hours of receiving your package.
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, YOUR ITEM MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:
- THE ITEM MUST BE IN THE SAME CONDITION AS WHEN YOU RECEIVED IT.
- IT SHOULD BE UNUSED,ย WITH ALL TOOL KIT ITEMSย
- THE ITEM MUST BE IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
- YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE THE RECEIPT OR PROOF OF PURCHASE.
REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE RETURNED PACKAGE IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION.ย PLEASE NOTE, WE DO NOT ACCEPT ITEMS RETURNED TO US WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL.
