Step 1: Push Back Your Cuticles
This step is everything. If you skip it, you might end up gluing your nails to your skin โ which hurts (a lot) when removing โ and it causes lifting too.
Use the wooden cuticle stick that comes in every Runzie Nails set to gently push back your cuticles. Then, lightly scrape off the thin white cuticle film on your natural nail surface.

Step 2: Buff Your Natural Nails
Buffing creates texture that helps the glue stick better. Grab the coarse side of your buffer and lightly go over each nail until the surface turns matte.
This helps the press-ons grip firmly and prevents premature lifting.
Step 3 (Optional): Trim or Clean Up Your Cuticles
For that super natural, salon-quality finish, carefully trim any excess cuticle using a pair of clean, sharp nippers.
This step is optional, but it really helps your handmade press-on nails blend seamlessly โ like an actual set of gel extensions.

Step 4: Clean With Alcohol Pads
Oils and residue will prevent the glue from bonding properly.

Step 5: Apply the Nail Glue
Now for the main event! Cut the tip of your glue bottle, and keep it upright to avoid spills.

Do the same on your natural nail โ just a thin layer works best.
To apply, start at a 45-degree angle from your cuticle and slowly press down while aligning the nail straight.
Wiggle it slightly to remove air bubbles, then hold for 30 seconds.

Step 6: Shape and Perfect Your Fit
If a nail feels slightly too wide or doesnโt match your cuticle shape, donโt worry โ you can easily fix that.
Use a nail file and gently shape from underneath the nail tip at an angle so you donโt damage the top coat.
